RANGE RESERVATIONS
Applying for Range Time at Emerald Empire Gun Club (EEGC)

The Emerald Empire Gun Club (EEGC) provides limited access to its range facilities for select individuals and organizations. These reservations support programs that promote firearm safety, marksmanship, and well-regulated competitive shooting.

Range Use for Commercial Trainers and Non-Members
Organizations, commercial training entities, and non-members interested in reserving range time must complete the following form as best they can fitting their requested event.

Application Process

• The preliminary form will be reviewed by the EEGC Executive Officer who will likely have additional questions, and will explain requirements.
• If approved to proceed, a $50.00 application fee will be assessed.
• Your application will then be presented to the EEGC Board for their review.
• Final Board approval will be contingent on submission of a valid insurance certificate. Download this sample insurance certificate showing EEGC's minimum insurance requirements.  
  
• If the event is not approved by the EEGC Board, the application fee will be refunded. However, once an event is approved and scheduled, the fee is non-refundable—even if the event is later canceled.

Participant Fees

• Facility Usage Fee: $10.00 per participant, per day
• Shooting Fee (Non-Members Only): $15.00 per shooter, per day.  This fee includes same day access to the public range, subject to public range rules, hours, and regulations.
• Note: All fees are at the discretion of the EEGC Board.

Range Use for Members and Affiliated Groups
EEGC members and groups such as YHEC, or SCTP, may request range time for:

• Club-sanctioned matches or member-organized “Fun Shoots”
• Youth programs
• Educational programs
