Scheduling Events at the Emerald Empire Gun Club

EEGC can reserve use of range facilities by select groups and individuals to provide for training programs which promote safe firearms handling practices, and improved marksmanship, and to organize, encourage and maintain well regulated competitive shooting programs.

Fees
Please note - All Fees are at the discretion of the EEGC Board of Directors.

$50 New Reservation Fee
After instructions from the Executive Officer, $50 is required to accompany the Application.
If the Board does not approve an event, the Reservation Fee will be refunded. The Reservation Fee may not be refunded after a reservation is approved and scheduled, even if the event is canceled.

$10 per attendee per day of an event.  Each individual using EEGC facilities shall pay $10 per day.

$10 per day shooting fee.   Each shooter who is not an EEGC club member must also pay $10 per day if they use any one of our shooting ranges.  Payment of this fee for each day of shooting will also entitle the person to use our public range on that day subject to the rules, hours of operation, and regulations of the public range.

Applying for events:
EEGC Members can apply for range time to hold a "Fun Shoot", or a sanctioned match.

Groups such as YHEC or SCTP, and others, including commercial training groups and organizations, that wish to reserve buildings or ranges for their events should contact the XO.
